Eligibility Criteria
- Executive (Operations): Graduate with MBA/PGDM (Operation) from an institution of repute. Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in a ride-hailing organization.
- Senior Executive (Operations): Graduate with MBA/PGDM (Operation) from an institution of repute. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a ride-hailing organization.
- Associate (Operations): Graduate from an institution of repute. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a ride-hailing organization.
- Dy Manager/Assistant Manager (Operations): Graduate with MBA/PGDM (Operation) from an institution of repute. Minimum 8 years for Dy Manager and 6 years for Assistant Manager. Experience in a ride-hailing organization is preferred.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The maximum age limit for all posts is 40 years as of 31 July 2026. Age relaxation may be provided to highly deserving candidates at the discretion of the organization.
