Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Graduate degree (MBA/Finance/Marketing/Banking/Economics or CA/CFA preferred) and meet specific post-qualification experience requirements ranging from 3 to 15 years depending on the post. All qualifications and experience are reckoned as of 31-08-2026.

Age Limit & Relaxation

  • Zonal/Regional Head: 35–50 years
  • RM–Team Lead/Investment Specialist: 28–42 years
  • Investment Officer: 28–40 years
  • VP Wealth: 26–42 years
  • AVP Wealth: 23–35 years

Age relaxation for reserved categories is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

Annual CTC is negotiable based on experience and location, with upper ranges as follows:

  • VP Wealth: ₹44.70 Lakhs
