Eligibility Criteria
For Category ‘A’ (Research Scientist I):
- Essential: First class P.G. degree (including integrated PG) in any branch of Biological Science OR Second class PG degree with Ph.D. in any branch of Biological Science.
- Desirable: At least three years of research experience in molecular biology, handling clinical samples, nucleic acid isolation, and disease genomics with relevant publications.
For Category ‘B’ (Research Scientist II):
- Essential: First class P.G. degree with 03 years of research experience OR Second class PG degree with Ph.D. in any branch of Biological Science.
- Desirable: Experience in Molecular Biology, Disease Genomics, DNA Sequencing, handling clinical samples, Hemoglobinopathies, and Thalassaemia with relevant publications.
Age Limit & Relaxation
- Category A: Maximum 35 years.
- Category B: Maximum 40 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/Women/Differently abled candidates as per Government of India rules.
