Eligibility Criteria

- Essential Qualification: Candidates must hold a Ph.D., MD, MS, MDS, or equivalent degree, OR possess 3 years of research, teaching, and design and development experience after obtaining an MVSc, M.Pharm, ME, or M.Tech degree with at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
- Desired Experience: Thorough and hands-on experience in (a) environmental microbiology, including the enrichment and isolation of selective bacteria from the environment; (b) biochemical, molecular, and genomic characterization of bacteria; and (c) microbiological and analytical techniques, including DNA/RNA based techniques, amplicon sequencing, and metagenomics.
