IBPS Clerk Vacancy Details

The recruitment for CRP CSA-XVI covers 11,403 indicative vacancies across 11 participating public sector banks. These vacancies are distributed state-wise, with West Bengal having 946 posts. Please note that Union Bank of India vacancies are currently marked as ‘Not Reported’ (NR) and are not included in this total.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be citizens of India, subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees who settled in India before January 1, 1962. Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university as of August 21, 2026. Additionally, candidates must possess computer literacy, evidenced by a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer operations, or by having studied Computer/IT as a subject in high school or college. Proficiency in the local language of the state or union territory applied for is mandatory.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Applicants must be between 20 and 28 years of age as of August 1, 2026 (born between August 2, 1998, and August 1, 2006). Age relaxation is provided as follows: SC/ST candidates receive 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates receive 3 years, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities receive 10 years. Ex-servicemen are eligible for relaxation based on their actual period of service.

Application Fee

The application fee is ₹175 for SC, ST, PwBD, and ESM/DESM candidates. For all other categories, the application fee is ₹850. Fees must be paid online between August 1, 2026, and August 21, 2026.
