Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements to be considered for the position:
- Must possess an MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Completion of a compulsory internship is mandatory, and candidates must provide an internship completion certificate.
- Valid registration with any State Medical Council is required.
- Candidates who passed their MBBS (including internship) within the last 3 years from 28 July 2026 are eligible.
- Applicants who have already completed two terms of Junior Residency (Non-Academic) at AIIMS or elsewhere are ineligible.
Age Limit & Relaxation
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 33 years as of the notification date.
- A relaxation of 10 years is provided for candidates under the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) category.

- PwBD candidates: Exempted if they have already paid for Advt. No. 1440/E-12015/24/26-(SR/T/JR).
