Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements to be considered for the position:

  • Must possess an MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
  • Completion of a compulsory internship is mandatory, and candidates must provide an internship completion certificate.
  • Valid registration with any State Medical Council is required.
  • Candidates who passed their MBBS (including internship) within the last 3 years from 28 July 2026 are eligible.
  • Applicants who have already completed two terms of Junior Residency (Non-Academic) at AIIMS or elsewhere are ineligible.

Age Limit & Relaxation

  • The maximum age limit for applicants is 33 years as of the notification date.
  • A relaxation of 10 years is provided for candidates under the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) category.

Application Fee

  • Unreserved, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS candidates: Rs. 1,000/-
  • PwBD candidates: Exempted if they have already paid for Advt. No. 1440/E-12015/24/26-(SR/T/JR).

Salary & Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of Rs. 15,600-39,100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400 (6th CPC), or Level 10 of the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix, plus Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) for medical graduates.
